Walt Kowalski (Clint Eastwood) stands at the front of the church, next to him the casket of his wife. As people enter to be seated he sees kids, his grand kids doing a mockingly prayer before sitting in the pew. As he sees this he is annoyed but keeps his cool.
After the services, his two adult sons talking about their father and how they should put him in a retirement home and mocking each other on how the other should take him in.
