Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg having been re-assigned to North Africa after speaking against Hitler's Germany is speaking to another officer. As they continue walking an engine buzz disrupt the conversation. Colonel Stauffenberg runs for cover he finds a young man lying in the ground. He pick him up and tries to return his Volkswagen to escape as the airplane approaches firing hundreds of rounds hitting Colonel Stauffenberg's auto blowing it up. As he wakes up in the hospital he realises that his right hand and 2 fingers from his left hand and his left eye are gone due to the explosion.
Valkyrie is a True story about Colonel Stauffenberg and a group of loyal German Patriots that want to assassinate Hitler for his crimes against humanity.
This movie is well depicted,well acted and well researched 2reviewz gives this movie 4 stars. Tom Cruise plays well and does a great job in making his character believable.

The Day the earth stood still
In the bitter cold in the mountainous terrain of India a climber sees a light. Bewildered by it, he climbs to the top of the peak. Then while walking toward the light he finds a sphere, then he reaches out and touches it. It starts to glow.... then after awhile he's on the ground passed out, he wakes up and finds that he has a scar on his hand.
The Day the earth stood still is a movie that depicts a messenger from an evolved race from outer space sent to tell the inhabitants of earth that they are destroying the planet and that their time is up and are about to be annihilated.
We give 4 stars to the movie "The Day the earth stood still" , is a great movie with excellent graphics but of course the original is better and it was before its time.

Twilight
On a spring morning in the sunny desert of Arizona,a young girl must now go live with her father in Forks, in Washington State whom she has not connected to in so many years.
As she arrives to a wet drenched puddle filled street, a house in the distance with memories that seem so far away. She pulls in to her driveway, old faces with new smiles welcome her to her new life. Twilight is the love story between a complex young lady named Bella who tries to find her self in a new town with new friends.
Bella falls for a mysterious young man. As she finds more about him she wants him all the more. Bella must find the balance between love and the secrets her love comes with. 2reviews gives this movie 4 stars although the actors don't seem to have much chemistry between them , it still works for the movie.

It's a biopic of our 43rd president George W. Bush brilliantly played by Josh Brolin but kind of a typical Oliver Stone movie.
Movie starts out with the Bush cabinet in the oval office talking about 9-11 and the axis of evil, from there it jumps to his Alma matter fraternity pledge.
The Movie goes from different places in the life of this character showing him in different stages of his life and how he could not find himself in anything until he found God. Then becoming a "born again" starts to find himself in life.
This movie also present the argument that George W. Bush only did things to please his father but also shows conflict of sibling rivalry with his brother Jeb Bush. All his decisions are made going back to an empty stadium and him being in the out field trying to catch a fly ball.
We give the main actor thumbs way up and 4 stars for the movie but, Remember the story is not over.

The Happening
Two women in a park are talking. Then a loud scream that only one can hear. Then silence, everything stops as if time had expired. One of the women starts mumbling random words and takes her hair sticks then launches it in her throat.
A construction site . A couple or workers speak over some lunch then a loud bang. As they inspect the cause they discover its a co-worker then another bang and another as they look up they see workers jumping off the top off the building as if in a trance, fear and commotion fill the streets as people are taking their lives as if in a state of zombie like trance.
In a near by school in Philadelphia a teacher speaks of the reasons bees are gone with out a trace. The principal interrupts the class to ask the young teacher to have a word as they both exit, a gathering of the teaching faculty discussing what do about the hysteria that has been created by "the happening" in New York City .
This movie will take you on a journey from a big city to the smallest places and will leave you guessing what is going on and what is causing the mayhem. This movie will leave you guessing till the last moment.
2reviewz is finally getting a chance to review this movie which came out late spring that the other critics gave very, very bad reviews but we choose to say its a great movie and well done by M.Night Shyamalan.

Slacker Uprising
What is a slacker? In our culture a slacker is known as a person who is lazy, unwilling to put forth the effort do to anything of worth.
In flint Michigan, Michael Moore gathers in an auditorium near the 2004 presidential election.Embarking on a 62 city tour called "slacker uprising" to inform regular Joe's about the importance of Voting. He has friends from the entertainment industry come along to help spread the word. Michael Moore faces many many hard ships by the opposition against his message of Voting.
Slacker Uprising is a great movie, though not everyone will agree,that allows you to see the pure and raw human emotion when facing the reality of the effects of outsourcing jobs to other countries.

Traitor
On a sunny morning a child plays with his father and learns life's lesson not only mental but rather Spiritual. As the day draws late the father bids his son farewell. Traitor is a movie about a man having seen his father murdered tries to find his place in life. Samir Horn, A Devoted Muslim is detained in a FBI Sting. While in prison he was befriended again by the group he was meeting before the sting, leading him to escape prison with them and into a complex scenario of whom to really trust,The values he received from his father or a blurred vision of Religion and revenge.
2reviewz gives this movie 5 stars for the movie plot and action not to mention the great acting of its main star (Don Cheadle) We Highly recommend this movie.

X-Files I want to Believe
On A cold night a person goes missing. While the case is being investigated by the FBI, a psychic sees a vision on the spot the person is. Yet when he finds the spot, a hole is dug out but only an arm is found. Puzzled by these, our heroine is called for help. Dana Scully is asked to contact Handsome former special agent Fox Mulder that has gone into hiding to help resolve this what seems to be a perfect X-File candidate.
This Movie is a great tribute to the many many fans of what came to be the tag line of a generation "I want to believe" as we go forth in to our lives we may hear many promises whether it be politics or loved ones or in our work place we still "want to believe" but believe what? The answer that comes to mind having seen the movie is that Hope is that which we don't see yet we want more then anything at the time. I love this movie and the actors pull an "A+++++" grade from me and the others and especially "my better half". As we sat at the theater with all what we could perceive as true x-files fans and faithful we waited to the last second of the presentation where we saw "Fox Mulder and Dana Scully" in a boat sailing in the still water as the camera passed by they waived at the fans where I know that other people surely missed it unless like us they had stayed till the end Because "We the believers, Believe"
